Weekend Warriors: I {heart} January!

Hello my sweet friends!
The Weekend Warriors are back! :)

This month we're bringing you ideas for Valentine's Day.

I love celebrating Valentine's Day with my kiddos.
I just love the sweet little notes they make each other!

First up, I have my favorite Valentine project ever.

And my favorite Valentine's book ever.

It's about a little monster who isn't cute and cuddly like the others.
(really though, he totally is!)
He can't find a monster like him.
He searches high and low, but can't find one.
Can you guess how it ends?!
It's super cute and the kids love it!

Then I have the kids make their own cute little monsters!!!
We brainstorm words that could describe them.
And away we go with our writing!

These are some of the projects from last year!

Next I have these adorable little cards.

They're really cute and really easy to make!
Add you need to do is cut heart-shaped paper.
Use a small piece of tape to attach it to your card.
Then use a q-tip/paintbrush/finger and paint to dot around the edges of the heart.
Let the paint dry and take off the heart shape.
Viola!

I also have a little Valentine's Class Book FREEBIE for you!

Stop by the rest of the Warriors' pages for more Valentine's ideas! :)
