Adjective Pumpkin Craft Freebie

Another month means another torn paper craft!  They are great for fine motor practice and always come out SO cute!

Torn paper crafts are great for little learners, as well as older kids. I like to pair crafts with a writing piece with my first graders.  Keep reading to grab an adjective freebie to go along with this pumpkin craft!

All you need is:
  • a pumpkin template (draw or print one)
  • brown and orange paper
  • glue
  • optional: green pipe cleaner for vine
Have your kids cut out the pumpkin template.  They will rip the paper and glue the pieces onto the pumpkin.  Add the pipe cleaner if you wish!

Once the craft is complete, you can talk about adjectives that describe pumpkins.  Make a list as a class.  Then the kids can complete the sentence "My pumpkin is _________."

They make a super cute display for fall!

You can grab the pumpkin sentence here! It's free. :)

Happy Fall!
