WW: Stress Less!

Hello my fabulous friends!
I'm back with my Weekend Warriors girls!
This month we're sharing the ways that we deal with stress.


My number one way of dealing with stress is exercise.  
No matter how much I have to do or how little time I have or how tired I am, I ALWAYS make time for exercise. 
It makes me feel SO MUCH better!
It's the very first thing I do when I get home.


I have bunches of DVDS I do at home, which makes it easier!
I can't wait until it's warmer out so I can start walking outside!

Another way I deal with stress is by making lists.
So. Many. Lists.


There's just something about crossing a" to do" off that feels so good!

I find sticky notes in my jacket pockets, my lunch box, stuck on my desk, on my plan book...everywhere! 

I also have this cute little marker board for more to dos. :)


This little calendar helps me a lot too.  :)
